Early Careers Campaign

The brand’s program dedicated to attracting and inspiring the next generation of talent — from interns to new graduates and PhD candidates. My work included creating recruitment videos for both general and technical audiences, producing motion design and video edits for paid ads, and designing a toolkit for Talent Acquisition and HR teams to use in recruitment and event marketing. Each deliverable was tailored to resonate with its target audience while maintaining TikTok’s brand identity.
